He was predeceased by: his brother Donald Neil; and his brothers-in-law, John Barry and Ralph Pugh. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Neil; his children, Margaret and David (Tammy); his grandchildren, Ryan, Sierra, Kendra, Alex, John and Michael; his great grandchildren, Emilia, Andrew, Allan and Carly; and his sisters, Audrey (Ron Dallas) and Jean Thompson.
Donations to the North Bay Regional Hospital Foundation in memory of Allan will be gratefully acknowledged by his family.
