He is survived by: his girlfriend Lynda DeCiccio; his daughters, Lenka Eberhardt (Bill) and Jana Cesarano (Tony); his grandchildren, Max, Sam, Ava and Maya; his sister Vera Anderlova; his brother-in-law Petr Lorenz; his partner's children, Keri Fernandes (Vaylon) and Scott DeCiccio; his friend Wayne; Alyvia and Brycen. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
