It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Lowe (North Bay, Ontario), who passed away on February 25, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Scott Lowe; her sister Janet Pacini; and her parents, Edward and Florence. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Lowe; and her siblings, Debbie Fitzgerald, Paul Fitzgerald, Barry Fitzgerald and Joanne Fitzgerald.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Nipissing Serenity Hospice will be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
