He was predeceased by: his brothers, Kenny Preston (Diane) and Robert Preston; and his parents, Everett Preston Sr. and Dorothy Preston. He is survived by: his wife Mabel Murphy; his sons, Matthew Preston and Ian Preston; his grandson Everett; and his siblings, Carolyn Etches (Ernie), Elda Barber and Sam Preston (Candice).
