She was predeceased by: her former husband William Chalk; her husband William Amsbaugh; her parents, Mary Odorizzi (McMenamin) and Joseph Odorizzi; and her siblings, Paul "Skipper" Odorizzi, Thomas Patrick "Pat" Odorizzi, Theresa Lamb and Roderick Odorizzi.

She is survived by: her brother Bert Odorizzi (Farrow); her brother-in-law Lawrence Lamb of Arnstein; her nephew Stephen; and her nieces, Marina and Patricia.
