He was predeceased by: his mother Jacqueline Hazzard (Yerlitz); and his brother Mike Hazzard (Rose-Ann). He is survived by: his father Dalton Hazzard; his siblings, John Hazzard (Marion), Debra Hazzard (Ray), Beverly Hazzard (Yuly) and Brian Hazzard (Linda); his nieces and nephews, Christine (Pete), Emy (Tim), Tammy (Griff) and Aleah; and his close friends, Tim, Linda Armstrong, Wynn Stint, Jim and Wendy Liscome.
