She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Leo (Rachelle), Robert (Nancy), Gerald (Claire), Cecile (Ian Robertson), Liane (Robert Leblanc), Gilbert (Carole), Marie-Anne (Dan Bradford), Mireille (Jim Mitchell) and Alain (Nathalie); her significant other Jean-Paul; and her sister-in-law Jeanine Ippersiel. She was also cherished by 17 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
