He was predeceased by: his wife Diane Faye Deschene; his parents, Antoinette Deschene and Anatole Deschene; and his siblings, Gaston and Claudette.

He is survived by: his siblings, Annette Corbeil, Yvette Corbeil, Rita Giroux, Cecile Boulanger (Marcel), Yvonne Boulanger (Romeo) and Marcel Deschene; and his brother-in-law Marcel.
