She was predeceased by: her spouse Janek Goluch; and her brothers, Zygmunt, Mietek and Eurek of Poland. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Robert Goluch (Janet), Wanda Graham (Glenn), Dr. Richard Goluch (Wanda) and Cindy O'Donnell (Bill); her grandchildren, Marek (Haruna), Isabel (Greg), Natalie (Dave), Tonia (Dan), Calvin, Jillian and Ryan; and her great grandchildren, Victor, Freddy, Cameron, Emily, Scott and Sarah.
