He was predeceased by: his brothers, Robert Earl and Peter Ross (Dian). He is survived by: his parents, Eric Magill and Joy Magill; his son Liam (Val); his grandson Lochlan Peter; his brother Timothy (Angie); his nephew Dustin; his niece Darby (Kevin); and his uncle Ewart (Verna Jean).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ottawa Heart Institute, Shriners Hospitals for Children, Canada or a charity of your choice, in honour of Dan's life and legacy.
