He is survived by: his spouse Gyllian Phillips; his children, Dwayne Lafayette (Amanda), Thea Lafayette and Zachary Lafayette; his grandchildren, Tallia and Demari; his siblings, Faye Lafayette, Leford-Lee Lafayette, Steve Lafayette and Paul Messiah (Dalton); and his mother Mildred Walker.
