He was predeceased by: his parents, Romeo Champagne and Marilyn Champagne. He is survived by: his children, Stephen and Dana; his sisters, Debra Champagne, Linda Van Duzen and Tina Champagne; and his caregiver Jessica Dube. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
