He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Evans and Jean Evans; and his nephew Gordie. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Carolyn Farley (Jeffrey), Trudi Chenier (Steven) and Glen Evans (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Megan (Christopher), Brandon (Jasmine), Sarah, Kayla (Jordon), Gavin (Kaitlyn), Curtis (Melaine), Zachary, Ellie and Bryce; his great grandchildren, Riley, Paige, Hazen, James and Sophie; and his brothers, Dennis (Brenda) and Bill (Sandra). He is also survived by several nieces & nephews and many, many friends.

Donations in memory of Don to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by his family.
