With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Philippon-Latimer (North Bay, Ontario), who passed away on April 7, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Valley and Orella Valley; her husbands, Lucien Philippon and Archie Latimer; her siblings, Howard Valley and Blanche Dalton; her children, Cecile Credger and Ron Philippon; her granddaughter Sharon Credger; and her close friend Jimmy Zwezdaryck.

She is survived by: her brother Jerry Valley; her daughters, Claudette Wilson (Ray), Diane Halaby (Siy), Monique Peters and Nancy Farkas (Don); her daughter-in-law Lina Philippon (late Ron); her grandchildren, Jean-Paul Philippon, Marc Philippon, Carole Wettergreen, Luc Wilson, Danielle Wilson, Alyssa Braun, Leanne Farkas and Tori Farkas; her great grandchildren, Nathan, Sarah and Adelia; her sister Geri McBurney (Barb Islam); and her friend Atkinson.

In remembrance of Dorothy's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to Pet Save Inc. rescue organization or your favourite charity.
