He was predeceased by: his father Donald; and his sister Stacey Ann. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughter Kali-Ann (Zachary); his father-in-law Shorty Jodouin; his mother Jean Sohm; and his sisters, Kimberly Forsyth (Gerry) and Catherine Sanford (Kevin). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
