He was predeceased by: his wife Marguerite Florence; his parents, Jack Gore and Francis Gore; and his siblings, John, Cora, Mel, Dorothy, Marie and Ellen.
He is survived by: his children, Donald Gore (Judy) and Carol Hummel (Kim); and his grandchildren, Kimberley (Aaron Williams), Tabitha (Stephen Koper), Travis (Carole), Natalie (Chris McDonald), Tara, Tina and Mark Cotter. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
