Frances Helene Horner Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Glinski and Kathleen Glinski; her sister Angie; and her brother-in-law Glyn. She is survived by: her husband Frank Kilvie Horner; her brother John Glinski (Marian); her children, Kim Oakes (John), Brad Lobregt (Bridgette) and Lee Horner; her grandchildren, Jordan Oakes, Christen Oakes and William Horner; and her close friend Heather Mackenzie. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and many other extended family and friends.

Due to COVID19 a celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
