He was predeceased by: his sister Claudia; and his parents, Raymond and Leah. He is survived by: his wife Mary MacInnis; his children, Riley Smith (Leah Spiering) and Emma Smith (Tracey MacLean); his siblings, Lois Messinger (Steve), Bill Smith (Maria), Yvonne Hibbert (Peter), Simone Quirk (Jerry), Rhea Traversey (Phil) and Raymond Smith (late Cathy Taylor); and his granddaughter Leah. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
