He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Galipeau and Russell Fader; and his siblings, Suzanne Fader and Steven McQuabbie. He is survived by: his spouse Valerie Dixon; his children, Jordan and Travis; his stepchild Mathew; and his siblings, Michael Fader (Christine), Pat Bergen (Dieter), Lilly Ducharme (Yvon), Dan Fader (Lorraine), Art Galipeau (Jill), Kathy Bourbonnais (Galipeau), Len McQuabbie (Rose) and Linda Ratelle (Ron). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
