He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrad Pearce and Zena Pearce. He is survived by: his children, Angela and Jordan (Kari Anne); his sister Marilyn Pearce Adachi (Dave); his nephew Paul Adachi; his great-nephews, Mason and Zac Adachi; and his pet Ranger.

He also had a passion for music, playing in several bands in his younger years, writing songs, releasing CDs and donating the proceeds to charity.
