He is survived by: his wife Lynne; his children, Jayne (Ray), Michael and Jody; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Hannah Irwin, Alex, Madie and Jack Stockfish.
George requested donations be made to North Bay Regional Health Centre or Nipissing Serenity Hospice.
