He was predeceased by: his parents, Gus Maroosis and Lola Maroosis; and his sister Lillian. He is survived by: his siblings, Sylvia, Rheta, Mary and Penny; his grandchildren, Emma and Nikos; his common-law partner Dawn; his children, Erik and Sabrina; and his stepgrandchildren, Costa and Faye.
The Maroosis family respectfully requests that in lieu of flowers, a new, unwrapped toy be donated to the organization he loved so much, and chaired for decades, L.I.P.I. – Low Income People Involvement.
