Gerald Bessette Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Bessette (North Bay, Ontario), who passed away on August 30, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gerald Bessette to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Bessette and Beatrice Bessette; his son-in-law Robert Bettiol; his siblings, Monique, Ron (late Maria) and Andy (late Anita); and his sister-in-law Simone.

He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; his children, Gilles Bessette (Daina), Rodney Bessette, Alan Bessette (Tobi) and Lianne Bettiol (Steve Byers); his grandchildren, Tyler, Todd, Cassidy, Joshua and Jonathan; his great grandchildren, Russell, Sophia, Owen and Robert; and his brothers, Bernie (Bev), Rodrigue, Richard (Theresa), Roger (late Heather), Edmond (Debbie), Denis, Mike (Judy) and Gilbert (Lynn). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and his many friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the North Bay Regional Health Centre Foundation, or to the Parish of St Thomas d'Aquin.
