He is survived by: his wife Ellen Martyn; his daughter Heidi Cooksley (Matt) of England; his stepchildren, Matthew Kourniotis (Leanne) and Victoria Kourniotis (Chris); and his grandchildren, Trudi, James, Nicholas and Oliver. He is also survived by his in-laws, extended family, and many friends.
