Heather Saunders Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Heather Saunders of North Bay, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 6, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Heather shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Heather farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Denis Saunders and Edith Saunders (Whitfield). She is survived by: her husband Anthony Tremblay; and her sister Julie Saunders (Mark Nitz). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hillside Funeral Services Ltd. (362 Airport Rd, North Bay, ON P1B8W9).
Memorial donations may be made to Valley Regional Hospital Foundation (https://www.vrhfoundation.ca) (Kentville, NS, where Heather initially received care), The Brain Campaign at University Health Network (where Heather had neurosurgery at Toronto Western Hospital and cancer treatment at Princess Margaret Hospital), or the charity of your choice.
