He was loved and cherished by many people including: his child Shawn; his grandchildren, Charlee, Sasha Sasyniuk and Tina; his daughter Tina Long; his grandchildren, Kaydin and Grace Long; his parents, Metro Sasyniuk and Cecile Sasyniuk (Fournier); and his siblings, Sandra Wellum (Harold) and Randall Sasyniuk (Jan Couchie).

For those planning on attending the service in person, the family kindly asks that you wear a mask as well as respect anyone willing to keep up the social distancing practices.
