Though Joan has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her son Samuel Whitten. She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Tobin (Larry), Walter Whitten, Brenda Whitten-Stocks (Andrew) and Wayne Whitten (Sandy Cross). She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
