He was predeceased by: his siblings, Archie, Dan, Rog, Milt, Doreen Haggart and Eileen Coughlin; and his parents, Lloyd Edgar Haggart and Dorothy Matilda Haggart.
He is survived by: his sons, Nathan Ouwehand and Christopher Haggart (Danielle); his grandchildren, Mike Oegema, Skye, River, Lloyd, Daphne and Gabriel; and his siblings, Marie Haggart (Mike), Earl Haggart (Lorie) and Jim Haggart (Jackie).
In lieu of flowers, and in honour of John's love for animals, donations to the North Bay Humane Society would be gratefully acknowledged by John's family.
