He was predeceased by: his parents, Stirling and Margaret (Elrick); and his brother Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, David (Jen) of St Jacobs, Deanne Devine (Shawn) of North Bay and Erin Staines (Herman Chan) of Richmond Hill; his grandchildren, Justin Devine (Aline), Colleen Irvine (Cody), Quinn and Max Staines; his great grandchildren, Livia, Layla Devine, Brinley and Rylan Irvine; his nieces, Joan Turnbull (Chris) and Kelly Clark (Dennis); his nephew Douglas Staines (Jane); his in-laws, Pat Croteau (Pete), Carol O'Shaughnessy, John O'Shaughnessy (Debbie) and Paul Donnelly (Judy); Geri. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
