Judith will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Though Judith is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Judith’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Graham and Marion Graham; and her sisters, Joan Bassingthwaighte, Carol Rethorst and Kathleen Wickenhauser.
She is survived by: her friend Mary; her husband Ross Bulley; her daughter Diana Bulley; her son-in-law Rob Dolphin; and her brothers, Allen and Wade. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
