She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex McFarlane and Esther McFarlane; and her siblings, Helen Bazinet, Lorene (Wilmer Dean), Marjory McFarlane, Grenville "Curly" McFarlane and Stanley McFarlane.

She is survived by: her nephews, Rob (Liz), Randy (Evelyn), Larry (Vi) and Mel (Marg).
