He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Douglas and May Agnes; his siblings, Terry and Carol; and his niece Connie.

He is survived by : his sons, Kelly (Leashea) and Robby (Amie); his granddaughters, Amanda (Guy) and Aylana (Ryan); his friend Valerie Croghan; his nephew Roger; his nieces, Debbie (Carl) and Terrie; and also Patti Serson. He is also survived by family and friends.

In honour of Keith's longstanding ties to the Trinity United Church, any donations to support the church would be deeply cherished as an expression of sympathy.
