With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leela Joan Doig (North Bay, Ontario), who passed away on August 9, 2023 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Stephanie Rittenhouse; her daughter-in-law Kate Mercer; her grandchildren, Shae, Casey, Leo and Jaxon; her father John; her siblings, Dina (Bob), Lisa (Michael), Jim (Madeleine), Della and Derek; her children, Celine (Chris), Ian (Laura), Cameron (Amanda), Kayla, Alisha (Brad), Jay (Rachel), Sabrina, Kimmy, Shayla, Jennie, Katie (Dan) and Andrew; her mother Dora; her brother Mike; her sister-in-law Lisa; and her friends, Laura, Tom, Marcel and Helen. She was also cherished by her many cousins and friends.

Donations are appreciated towards the support of her bird, Jimi, who will be cherished and treasured by her grandchildren in her memory.
