She was predeceased by: her siblings, Vit, Leonard, Frankie and Lou Smith; and her parents, Raymond and Irene.
She is survived by: her children, Sherrylynn and Michael Romain (Sherry); her grandchildren, Jonathan, Ryan (Marisa), Bryanna (Matt), Emily and Shelby-Lyn; her stepgrandchildren, Sieanna and Olivia; her great grandchildren, Mia, Sophia, Emillya, Greyson and Maverick; her siblings, Melvin Smith (Pat), Marilyn O'Brien (Daniel) and Millie Smith; her nieces and nephews, Sara, Janis, Shawn, Kevin, Shay and Colin; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Mckinley, Sianna, Adelaide and Gavin O'Brien.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Church of the Holy Spirit (Garden Village). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Canadian Lung Association.
