It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lionel Bruce-Payne of North Bay, Ontario, who passed away on November 24, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Bruce-Payne and Eleanor Bruce-Payne; his son Hugh; and his brother-in-law Giles Benoit. He is survived by: his son Barry; his wife Maureen (Walton); his grandchildren, Geoffrey, Andrew and Alanna (John White); his brother Barry (Neva); his siblings-in-law, Edith, Neil and Sandra Walton; his nieces and nephews, Steven, Kathy, David and Chris; and his children, Cathy, Erica and Paul.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: Alzheimer Society of Canada, Mattawa Hospital Hospice, Canadian Cancer Society or the Nipissing Serenity Hospice.
