He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Wilma; his parents, Paulette Rancourt and Rheal Rancourt; his siblings, Guy (Tracy), Marc and Nicole (Scott); his godchildren, River Rose and Madison Storms; Mona, Bonnie, Tracy and Tammy (Jamie Blanchard). He was also cherished by children, he considered all his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Luc can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation (cheques only).
