He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Tremblay and Gabrielle Tremblay; and his siblings, Antoine Tremblay, Anita Bedard (Eugene), Serge Tremblay (Juliette), Roland Tremblay (Therese), Leo Tremblay (Caroline), Lucette Duchenes (Lucien), Jacynthe Tremblay, Claire Tremblay and Renaud Tremblay.

He is survived by: his wife Annette Tremblay; his children, Debbie Bouchard (Bosco) and Denis Tremblay (Karen); his grandchildren, Angelique Rogers (Ryan), Amanda Tuulos (Michael), Blake Bouchard and Adam Tremblay; his great grandchildren, Amber Rogers, Paige Tuulos and Katelyn Tuulos; and his sister Zita Trudel (late Roger). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
