She was predeceased by: her mother Faye Girard (Brown). She is survived by: her husband Dave; her children, Sara Chusroskie (Derrick) and Steven Smits (Taylor); her grandson Clark Chusroskie; her father Andre Girard; and her siblings, John Girard (Lise), Lori Blair (Chris) and David Girard. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles, and cousins.
