He was predeceased by: his sister Joanne Higdon (Andre Gagne); and his parents, Henri-Paul Gagne and Therese Gagne. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Gagne; his children, Bradley Cater (Kelly), Melissa Cater-Gagne (Mike) and Bryan Cater-Gagne (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Kyla, Brendan, Rowyn, Sirena, Dylan, Colby, Owen, Mallory, Nathan and Clara; and his siblings, Yvonne Foisy (Dorval), Lianne Gagne, Marc Gagne and Claude Gagne.
