He was predeceased by: his parents, Marguerite Palmer and David Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Palmer; his children, Michael (Lindsay) and Gillian; his siblings, Judith Palmer (late Chris Hartley) and Glenn Palmer; and his siblings' children, Christina and Thomas Hartley.
Donations to the A.L.S Society or the Arnstein Baptist Church in memory of Mark will be gratefully acknowledged by his family.
