She was predeceased by: her husband George Baptiste; and her siblings, Douglas Lapierre (Cecile) and Lucy McLaughlin. She is survived by: her children, Eloise (Rejean Heroux), Teresa (Serge Girard), George (Wendie) and Michael (Robyn); and her brother Lawrence "Sonny" Lapierre (late Debbie). She is also survived by her nine grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.

Donations to the North Bay Regional Health Centre in memory of Marylin will be gratefully acknowledged by her family.
