He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Connolly and Linda Connolly. He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his child Mikaela; and his sisters, Michelle Kain (late John) and Melissa Bradley (Richard). He is also survived by nephew, aunts and uncles.
