He is survived by: his mother Dianne Case-Ayotte; his siblings, Tina Ayotte-Charbonneau (Steve), Tanya Ayotte, Bo Ayotte and Tiffany Lee Ayotte; his significant other Leigh-Anne Taylor; his son Collyn; his father-in-law Jack Taylor; his sisters-in-law, Kelly Taylor Day (Mark) and Jennifer Taylor; and his son Jack Ayotte. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
