As we bid Monique farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Monique is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Laferrière and Estelle Laferrière (Gravelle); her close friends, William Dick and Glen Redden; her siblings, Lucille Moreau, Dianne Carrière (Roland) and Rubin Laferrière (Dianne); and her nephew Guy Moreau.
She is survived by: her foster brother David Antoine (Vera).
Donations to the North Bay Regional Health Centre, St. Peter's the Apostle Church and/or the Nipissing Serenity Hospice in memory of Monique will be greatly appreciated by her family (cheques only).
