He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy; his parents, Elfie and Libor; his stepfather Clifton Lawrence; and his son Steven (Karen).
He is survived by: his significant other Debbie Ryan; his children, Tony, Terry (Johanna) and Cindy VanWart (Barry); his daughter-in-law Nancy Blain; his grandchildren, Haily Tilleczek-Massie (Andrew), Jake, William (Jessica), Elliott (Jesse) and Nick VanWart; and his great grandchildren, Eleonor and Little Tilly.
