She was predeceased by: her husband Sam Rota; and her siblings, Adele Pellegrino (Antonio), Antonio Barone and Francesco Barone (Anna). She is survived by: her children, Anthony Rota (Chantal), Sam Rota Junior and Claudia Black (Richard); her grandchildren, Samantha Rota, Liam Black, Julia Black and Alexandria Black; and her siblings, Carmela Barone and Annamaria Spadafora (Rafaele).

Donations in memory of Olga Rota to the Canadian Cancer Society or the North Bay Serenity Hospice will be gratefully acknowledged by her family.
