She is survived by: her significant other Kaylynn Casey; her daughter Madison; her mother-in-law Ginger Curry; her siblings, Barbara Spencer (Andrew) and Brian Casey; and her siblings-in-law, Shannon Salter (Michael) and Kelly Curry (Shae).
