She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Phyllis Marie Weeks; her children, Nat, Judy (Larry) and Wendy (Brian); her grandchildren, Stephanie (Scott), Christopher and Brad (Tanika); her great grandchildren, Claire, Audrey, Ava, Bennett and Andy; her sister Shirley (Ken); and her friends, Linda and Lynne. She was also cherished by nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Eastholme, Home for the Aged and/or The North Bay Regional Health Centre in Phyl's memory will be greatly acknowledged by the family.
