Rachel Contant Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel Contant (North Bay, Ontario), born in Field, Ontario, who passed away on April 25, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Alphonse Legault; her former husband Emile Contant; and her siblings, Roland, Robert and Rita.
She is survived by: her children, Joanne Contant (Mike Smith) and Pierre Contant (Therese Carriere); her grandchildren, Catherine (Mario) and Pierre-Marc (Maude); and her siblings, Liette, Armande, Alice (Gerry), Leona (Bill), Hélène (Jean-Louis), Noella (Michel), Gerard (Karen) and Suzette (Gilles). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made directly to the Alzheimer Society.
