He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Bailey and Eva Bailey; and his siblings, Elmer (Laurette), Edgar (Annie), Willis (Evelyn), Ronald (Alice), Dawson, Wallace, Hilda Charette (Philip), Doris Descheno (Wilfred), Audrey Monaghan (Stan) and Marjorie McIsaac (Howard).
He is survived by: his wife Donna Bailey (McGruthers); his children, Susan Rinneard (Rick), Larry and Roger Bailey (Judith); his grandchildren, Justin Bailey (Andrée), Craig, Julia Rinneard, Paige Bailey (Chad) and Zachary Campbell (Tav); and his great grandchildren, Callie, Micah, Alyssa and Ava. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations made out to the Crisis Center North Bay would be appreciated.
